My Sprouts group needs to raise some money for our big end of the year camp out. Some of the other kids wanted to do a bake sale. Some wanted to do a bottle drive. I came up with another idea.

My best girlfriend Teresa has being bugging me to write something about dying clothes so I’m finally sitting down to do it after the weekend now that I know what it is all about.  She and I spent the weekend adding colour to our wardrobes and I was really impressed by how easy it is to do and how great it looks to have fresh dyed clothes in the exact colour you want. 

Everyone is talking about Earth Day coming up on April 22nd and all of the different projects that the school and community is planning on doing to celebrate. It seems like everyone’s mind is on it right now, but what about the rest of the year? Shouldn’t every day be Earth Day?  A friend of mine sent me this YouTube video a while ago. It’s a flashmob but with a twist... its theme is recycling.
